Patrick's former experience within recruiting for a multi-billion dollar international retailer and later, a start-up recruiting agency, helped him develop his affinity for people and entrepreneurial spirit. After gaining 6 years of experience, he co-founded PreludePeople to provide employers and candidates with an intuitive and ethical approach to recruiting.

Patrick has experience working with professionals of all levels for both fortune 500 companies and small privately held organizations. His recruiting methodology and process have yielded phenomenal results – 95% of candidates presented are interviewed and 97% of offers extended are accepted.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music at Sewanee: The University Of The South in Tennessee – “an almost utopian environment where college is just an added bonus and character and integrity are the real take home prizes”.

Naina Jaidka

Naina’s 7 years of experience as a former Merchant and Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch has given her the exposure and insight necessary to identify promising traits in candidates and clients. Her creativity and expertise in achieving margin targets, sales analysis, forecasting, assortment planning and product development give her an understanding of accounting and finance and enable her to efficiently support the recruiting process while simultaneously managing PreludePeople operations, marketing and philanthropy.

Naina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and minored in Psychology at Wesleyan College "First for Women" in Macon, Georgia.
